Does anyone know what would be an estimate ideal dosage of fish oil for rheumatoid arthritis? The fish oil capsule which I’m starting to take has 180mg of EPA and 120mg of DHA in one capsule. I’ve search and read around but I’m not very sure how it works.

I’ve had RA since 1990 and have experienced just about all symptoms including lung nodules, but recently I had a few mini-strokes. Could this be the RA affecting my brain?
Did the acupunture help at all? I am considering having it done in my elbows since they are always bothersome.
