G00gle brings up quite a few:

Check credentials and ask for testimonials preferably.

You might benefit from seeing a naturopathic doctor also. http://www.rain-tree.com/sarsaparilla.htm

Plus I don’ know if this is of any interest to you but the herb Sarsaparilla smilax is used in traditional Saudi medicine as an anti-rheumatic.

ref: Ageel, A. M., et al. “Experimental studies on antirheumatic crude drugs used in Saudi traditional medicine.” Drugs Exp. Clin. Res. 1989; 15(8): 369–72.
….from the rain-tree database entry for Sarsaparilla:

You could also look into taking bromelain as an anti-inflammatory if you are NOT on prescribed anti-inflammatories. Taken on an empty stomach, it is supposed to be comparable to naproxen in effectiveness but without all the side effects. You might like to do some research.

Fish oil [omega 3] is a great anti-inflammatory in its own right.

Talk your doctor first before taking herbs or supplements if you are on prescribed medications, because of the risk for interactions.

Not sure if that helps you.
    Best wishes.
